Daniella Amato's Legacy: Promote Mental Wellness
Donation protected
The Daniella Memorial Fund for Mental Health was established to honor the life and memory of our beloved daughter, Daniella. Daniella was a vibrant, compassionate, and deeply caring individual who faced her own mental health challenges with courage and grace. In her honor, this fund is dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives, providing resources for individuals in need, and fostering awareness about the importance of mental wellness.
Through this fund, we hope to continue Daniella’s legacy of kindness and empathy by helping others navigate their own mental health journeys and ensuring that no one faces these challenges alone.
All of the proceeds are being donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in memory of Daniella. Funds are being divided amongst 3 specific programs outline here:
1) It’s Real: Teens and Mental Health for Middle and High School Students. This program raises awareness about mental health issues, how to start a conversation about mental health, the importance of self-care and how to reach out for help.
2) Attachment-Based Family Therapy: A workshop that provides an overview of ABFT to clinicians, therapists, counselors and social workers. ABFT treatment
