Danielle and her continued cancer battle

Hello, my name is Samantha McDonald, and I have started this fundraiser for Danielle Baughman.

On December 27, 2021, her 31st birthday and while 29 weeks pregnant with their second baby boy, Danielle was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her doctors felt that it was necessary to start her on chemo treatments before she delivered the baby. Although this was a scary and trying time, Danielle had three chemo treatments while pregnant. She was induced and delivered a healthy baby boy on February 24, 2022. Shortly after his arrival, her cancer treatments were more often and stronger. With admirable strength and courage, she took her chemo treatments.

On June 28, 2022, she received the results of her most recent PET Scan. With the goodness of God and the power of prayer, Danielle was told her scan had no evidence of disease. No more cancer!!

Sadly, on March 2, 2023, Danielle had a seizure. Following scans at the hospital, she was notified that her cancer had returned and was now in her brain. She has already started radiation treatments that will be followed by more chemotherapy.

I have created this account for Danielle and her family, in hopes of easing their stress just a little. At this time, finances should not increase their burden.
