Danielle's Medical Bills
I'm not good with small talk so I'll get right to the point.
My cousin, Danielle Bevilacqua McGinnis, after 13 years of dialysis, was the recipient of a successful kidney transplant. This means that she no longer has to be connected to a machine for 4+ hours, 3 days a week.
That's the good news.
The bad news is that after 13 years of strain on physical and mental health, there's been a strain on finances that hasn't ended with the transplant. She's still recovering and taking medication to ensure her body doesn't reject the transplant. This will continue for the rest of her life.
Here's her current medications:
Kidney disease afflicted her aunt, her mother, her sister, and her niece. Danielle now has an opportunity to live a life free from dialysis and free to do the things she likes best, including taking care of her dog, Scout (who's adorable; if I posted a picture of him, your heart would melt and I refuse to be a part of that medical emergency).
I'm asking for your help in assisting with Danielle's medical expenses. Please give what you can as any amount would help Danielle move beyond the financial hole she's currently in. Please feel free to share the link to your friends and family, and thank you in advance for your support and for listening.
