Daniel's trip to Costa Rica

Hi, my name is Daniel Garcia, and I am raising money for a soccer camp trip that will take place in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. The duration of this trip will be 3 months, from August through October 2023. Because the trip is so soon, I need help from generous people like you to raise $5,000 to fund the trip. The money will help cover food expenses and staying at the villa with the rest of the players. Anything helps !! :)

This opportunity means so much to me because it affords me another chance to pursue my long-term goal of becoming a professional soccer player. Since childhood, I have dedicated my life to soccer. My parents even say that my first steps were with a soccer ball and since then they could see my love for the sport. I was presented with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but unfortunately, the pandemic took it away from me as everything was shut down. However, it did not stop me from continuing to work out, play soccer, and even join local teams to hopefully find other opportunities. My efforts were rewarded with this prestigious offer to train with a team in Costa Rica and get the opportunity to be selected by different professional clubs. I give glory to God for blessing me with this opportunity and I want to give it my best effort by working even harder as I am so close to achieving my dreams of becoming a professional soccer player. I understand not everyone gets a second chance like this and I want to make every effort to take advantage of it.
