This fundraiser is for the funeral of our dear daughter, partner, friend, cousin and sister, Daphne Kajobe.
Daphne was the most selfless, kind and patient person you could meet. All that had the pleasure of meeting her, loved her and experienced nothing but love and kindness.
Every memory of Daphne is accompanied with laughs and smiles, we all shared wonderful memories with her.
Daphne was hardworking and dedicated; she was completing her PHD in Educational Psychology at UCL with plans to qualify and work to support children with special educational needs, particularly those from diverse backgrounds.
She was the leader of her church Sunday school, and served diligently even when she had a choice not to. She loved God above all and served in every capacity as though onto Him.
As hard as she worked, she never failed to show up for her family and friends. She was a pillar, a rock for so many. She cared for her mother and family, regularly visiting and keeping in touch, helping out where she could. She took pride in her Ugandan heritage and loved every part of her culture.
Daphne, we are so heartbroken to have lost you, but to have known you was a privilege and we will all cherish the memories that we had with you, forever.
Please help us to send her off in the manner that she deserves, she served in her family, her church, her partner, her community, its now our turn to serve her.
This fundraiser is managed by Daphne's cousin(sister) Suzan Tushabe on behalf of Daphne Kajobe's mum, Edith Mbabazi.
