Mark Maples aka Superman
Donation protected
Mark Maples is Superman- He is a committed teacher, a great father to his family and friends Mark is also a devoted supporter to his coworkers. First and foremost, he is a dedicated husband and father of four children ages 25, 22, 17, and 8 years old. Mark also has the blessing of being a grandparent to a 2 year old who calls him OG.
Mark’s full-time career is teaching media studies to elementary students in West Philadelphia, as well as specializing in technology supports to ensure all of the school’s devices are working effectively. In his spare time, Mark manages to DJ a variety of events, from birthday parties, proms, 76ers games, and everything in between. As an all-around people person and giver, Mark has always dedicated himself to others.
In December 2019, Superman was slowed down due to a diagnosis of stage 4 Colon Cancer that has turned him and his family’s world upside down. As a father, Mark did not want to let his family down: birthdays, holidays, graduation of his 17year old from high school.
With mounting medical expenses, Superman is in dire need of funding to help offset his weekly visits to his doctors, and for his chemotherapy treatments. Our Superman has been a Super Hero too so many! And, now it is our time to be Super Heroes to Superman.
Please show your love and support by donating to his cause. No matter how small or large your donation, every penny counts to help Mark and his family financially! Your monetary support is greatly needed and appreciated!
