On August 27th Kevin had surgery under his left eye for what we thought was just a cyst. Skin samples were taken for biopsy and just 2 days later came back positive for Basal Cell Carcinoma. A common skin cancer except his has gone untouched for almost 7 years. We have been back and fourth to Sloan Memorial Cancer Center for tests, ct scans, mri's, and specialists for radiology and surgery. The plan as of now is looking like a minimum of 2 surgeries removing the cancer and reconstructing if all goes well. These surgeries will be extensive because the cancer is so thick into his lower lid and eye muscle. He will be out of work most likely well into december and has missed out on so much work these last few months. Updates will be posted as to how he is doing and thank you in advance for any donation.
