Cancer support fund for the Darfler Family

It's unfortunate news that Ben Darfler's father was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma.
Multiple myeloma is a cancer that forms in a type of white blood cell called a plasma cell. Plasma cells help you fight infections by making antibodies that recognize and attack germs. Multiple myeloma causes cancer cells to accumulate in the bone marrow, where they crowd out healthy blood cells.
We wanted to start this fundraiser to help the Darfler family in medical costs in any way that insurance might not. The funds will be used to support Mr. Darfler and the family through his appointments and needs related to his fight. I have started the goal at $5,000 but may adjust it to be higher if we see an overflow of support.
