Darian's relocation, medical and legal costs.

Hi, my name is Darian. I am fundraising and seeking mutual aid support to cover the moving costs after being targeted and violently attacked by racist and homophobic extremists for over two years. I am targeted to this day and at risk of ongoing violence.

After financing these urgent moving costs, I have several other important priorities: medical and legal bills, and helping friends that were also targeted.

 

This is my story.

The first perpetrator sexually assaulted my female friend, and then attacked me as we were leaving. The police were called and identified him. 

 

Some days later, we were confronted by the second perpetrator, who pulled out a weapon and attacked us. This same perpetrator would attack me and my friends more than 15 times (cafes, restaurants, trams, during Tolerade) and is currently in jail waiting a trial where he has at least 20 other victims, mostly women gay men and children. He was involved in the killing of someone, and other prolific crimes.

 

At the same time, the police and authorities completely failed to manage this situation. Sachsen Polizei lost evidence (the ID of the perpetrator), refused to take reports/anzeige, and did not interview witnesses.

 

Overall, three people are in prison, however, I continue to get harassment (letters from a prisoner and false police reports and anzeiges)
