An update from the Gebbia Family:

Unfortunately, Daria had a relapse and now the Sarcoma has made its way to her lungs. They are taking it one step at a time, and first up is surgery. She is scheduled for surgery next week with Dr Nicholas Saenz.

Dr. Saenz will remove 4 nodules from her right lung and then Daria will be admitted for 5-7 days at Goryeb Children’s hospital to recover. After recovery she will be on a preventative chemotherapeutic drug, which is in pill form.

At this time Daria is doing ok, physically she is doing well, mentally she is one tough girl.
