Darin's Celebration of Life

This is a story of love, tenacity and tragedy.   My daughter has been on a difficult journey and lost her husband this past week.  She has a dream of having a memorial at sea for him in the Monterey Bay with his loved ones and friends.   Darin loved nothing more than being on the ocean, this will be a fitting tribute and a wonderful life celebration for him.    
We have already had several people ask for a place to donate to Darin's memory.   This will be set up for Nicole to get the money and it will be used for Darin's memorial and for Nicole to have a moment without worry to start a new life.   I have set the goal to $5000.00 as this will give her enough to travel to Monterey for the ceremony, pay for the boat and I'm hoping there will be a little extra to give her a boost for her new life.   She wants to do this all on her birthday week.   She is turning 40 and is considering this chapter two.......
I have watched her go through this with grace, love and more patience than you can imagine.  Phil and I appreciate all you have done for us Nicole. 
I hope this will give you some peace
and I know Darin is at peace and knows that we all loved him.
