Darkness Into Light Morning Swim

We are raising money and awareness for Pieta House who provide free, accessible one-to-one counselling to people suffering from suicidal ideation, engaging in self-harm or to those bereaved by suicide. This charity is close to my heart and many others who have experienced difficult circumstances in relation to mental health and suicide. We will be completing an early morning swim at dawn on Saturday 8th May. 
Our swim will take place at Formby beach Liverpool, but feel free to join in from where ever you are and attach a photo to our Facebook event.
