Darlene Castro wheelchair

 My name is Jamie and this is my sister, not by blood but by friendship Darlene Castro. She is a loving mother of 6 beautiful children, a grandmother and a wife. February 11, 2019 Darlene and her family’s  world was turned upside down, after a doctor’s negligence during a medical procedure caused brain damage and leaving her paralyzed on one side of her body. It has been a physical and mental battle for Darlene, having lost the functions of her arm and leg on left side of her body. Not being able to run marathons, hike, walking on the beach, see her children play their sports, or running after her grandson. It has become clear after over a year of trying to recover and over 4 hip replacement surgery’s, walking again will be a battle. Through support and love of her family, friends and faith she has managed to keep a positive outlook on life. We would like to help give her some of her independence back, with a better wheelchair and motor so she can be more comfortable and mobile. Thank you all for your love and support.
