Darlene Lockett’s long road to recovery

On May 16th, 2023 Darlene Roberts-Lockett was diagnosed with stage four cancer of unknown origin. This occurred after the discovery of several tumors throughout her body as a result of metastasis. Three tumors were found in her brain as well as numerous others in various locations. A gamma knife surgery was conducted on the tumors in her brain, and more consultations and procedures will follow including chemo. Overall, she is recovering quite well, and she and the family are in good spirits despite the initially bleak situation.

 As a result of these appointments and procedures, we are looking to our friends and family for support in paying Darlene’s medical bills. Unfortunately cancer treatment is incredibly expensive, and due to the sudden and unexpected nature of Darlene’s diagnosis we have found ourselves unprepared to fully front the cost of clinical treatment. We must do what we can to ensure Dar receives the treatment she deserves, which is where we turn to you all in hopes of gaining your financial support. All donated funds will be going towards paying off Darlene’s medical bills and supporting her through the grueling recovery process of chemo and her other treatments.
