Hello my name is Darnell Clark, I was homeless for about a year, living outside, sleeping at bus stop shelter,not eating much,but by the grace of God been blessed with section 8 have a duplex,RPI is paying my rent but not my untily bill, I need to raise $200 for my light bill or more, if you can help me I would really appreciate it thank you
