Darren Bridge AKA Sideshow needs a hand

This is not directed at our fellow flood ravaged citizens of the Northern Rivers, more at the broader musical community of Australia.

I'm Mick Daley, musician of the Northern Rivers community. My mate Darren Bridge, AKA Sideshow has been a tireless advocate and driving force of Northern Rivers music for over two decades. Whether it's lending PA systems, amps, guitars, doing sound for free or next to nothing, endless hours on the console supporting community group fundraisers, he's been there; underpaid, over worked and often under appreciated.

Now he's lost everything; guitars, amps, PA's, PEDALS, all his clothes, books and memories in Lismore's catastrophic flood. His house is so damaged it might be irreparable, but the insurance company have already deducted their monthly fee and the mortgage payment is looming.

Sideshow is not alone; thousands of other friends are in a similarily dire situation, but Sidey's in danger of losing what's left of his house to the bank. He's a hard working man and I'm sure he'll soon be back on his feet, but for now he needs help. So everyone he's lent an amp to, done PA for a rock bottom price or even indeed for free, who he's booked for, cooked for or kept you up all night with dad jokes, please chuck in a few bucks and get him over this worst of times.
