Darren Farber Medical Emergency, Help needed

Hello, I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my fiancé Darren Farber, he is an amputee who has been diagnosed with tethered spinal cord syndrome as well as spina bifida, this is requiring him to have double surgeries.
