Darren Hodge

Hi, I am fundraising on behalf of my coworker and friends family. I, as well as many, at Baptist Health Hardin had a privilege to care for Darren and his family. This is what his dear loved ones would like to say:

Our Beloved, Darren Hodge, recently passed on January 27, 2024 after battling colorectal cancer. He fought hard and remained strong until the very end. Darren was a wonderful brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind his parents : Carmie and George

Siblings: Pamela, Allen, Andrew (Brooke) Children: Breanna and Gauge (Sierra)

Grandchildren: Zayleaha, Dakota, and Drake

Nieces: Alleaha, Adreana, Andreya, Rylee, and Piper

Darren dedicated his life to the outdoors and to his family. He spent his career working for the State and Hardin County Road Department in an effort to make the community safe.

We are all devastated by Darren’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Darren the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

Family is asking, instead of flowers & gifts, for donations to help cover the cost of Darren’s funeral. Anything raised would be greatly appreciated.
