Dates Family Fund

Our friend and coworker, Tracey Curry is living a mother's worst nightmare. Her 36 year old daughter, Becky Dates, from Hinesville, Georgia was killed in a car accident this past Monday morning. Becky's four children, ages 8-14, were in the car with her when she was rear ended at an intersection, pushed into oncoming traffic, and struck by another vehicle. 

Three of Becky's children had minor injuries. Her oldest daughter had surgery this week due to the injuries she sustained in the crash and remains hospitalized in serious condition. 

Tracey is a home health aide and lives paycheck to paycheck. She has a heart of gold and treats all her patients as if they were family. She works nearly 7 days per week from early in the morning to late in the night. She will even spend the night with a patient if the patient needs the care. 

Tracey and her grandchildren have a long road ahead of them, both literally and figuratively. Tracey made the drive from her home in Pennsylvania to Georgia as soon as she got the call on Monday. She is now with her grandchildren in Georgia but the future plans are still unknown. 

We cannot take away the loss for Tracey or Becky's children but we can ease some of the financial burdens as their lives will forever be changed due to this tragic loss.
