Daughter with Keratoconus

My 13 year old has a rare disease called Keratoconus. It is an extremely expensive disease and unfortunately I am at a cross hairs with what is going on. My daughter is to the point where glasses aren't nearly effective. For one hard contact lens would cost $5000. Her two eye drops scripts cost $600 for her co-pay. 

Now here I am trying to figure out the best way to help her.
