Dave Carney Memorial Fund

Dave was an incredibly loving and dedicated husband and father. He lived every moment to the fullest and had a passion for the outdoors. For the past 17 years, Dave spent his summers working as a wildland firefighter for the Forest Service, rappelling out of helicopters, fighting fire, and training others to do so. In winter, he worked at Bogus, as a widely-respected, patient, and sought-after ski instructor. Dave was the most genuine and caring person that many have ever met. Dave was the guy that everyone wanted to emulate. He has touched countless lives and his legacy will live on. The money raised on this account will go toward Dave’s family, Katherine, Duncan and Jacob.
