Dear friends and fans,

Dave Edwards AKA Be Free was not only a prolific street artist who brought so much joy to so many, he was also a keen musician and father. On the 18th August 2023 he lost his battle with cancer. He touched the lives of so many with his kindness, warmth and the emotive art he left on the streets. He leaves behind his two daughters and their mother Kari AKA Suki, who is also a long-standing figure in the Melbourne art scene.

We are creating this GoFundMe campaign to assist with the ongoing expenses of a young family.
