Support Dave Genchi's wife Debora Gabrielli Genchi

This page has been set up to lend a hand to our dear friend Debora who is the loving wife of our beloved friend and Powdercats colleague Dave Genchi.

In 2006, while working with Steamboat Powdercats as their staff photographer, Dave suffered a severe spinal cord injury, a critical accident that changed all of our lives. Dave lived an inspirational life since and met the love of his life, Debora, who for the past 10 years has lovingly and tirelessly cared for Dave.

Debora gave all of herself to being with Dave and helping him live the best life he could after his injury. The two had a great life together. One full of travel, adventure, love, happiness, and sometimes hardships.

Unfortunately, Dave succumbed to complications of his injury on February 18th while on his way back to his home away from home here in Steamboat Springs.

Now, after focusing completely on Dave's well-being for the past decade, Debora needs our help to get back on her feet and start the next chapter of her life.

Donations to Debora Gabrielli Genchi will help with the costs associated with the sorting of Dave's affairs, housing and general support until she can re-enter the workforce and begin again.
