As most of you have already heard, David was in a terrible accident on 4/17/23. He was at a complete stop at a red light on his motorcycle when he was rear ended by a truck driving 50mph. It completely shattered his femur bone and broke a rib. To say he is extremely blessed to still be here with us is an understatement. So far, David has had to have 4 surgeries, with his latest one being just 2 days ago. Four surgeries were not anticipated. He was supposed to start his new job on 4/18/23, the day after the wreck. As you can imagine, not having any health insurance during this time has put quite a strain on him and his hospital bill is in the hundreds of thousands at this point. With him not being able to work because of this, means he’s also not drawing in a paycheck. anybody that knows David, knows he will do anything for anyone. He’s one of my best friends and it hurts to see someone go through something like this. I’m hoping by sharing this, we can help him offset some of his bills, Dr visits, food, medicines he’s having to take, and any of the rest that’s come along with this terrible accident.
