Dave Mazzola's Medical Nightmare
Donation protected
Help and Prayers are needed for Dave Mazzola.
Dave Mazzola thought he had a common cold on Feb 19 the story unfolds from here.
Dave works for a Home Security company protecting what means most to him. He loves being a part of an organization of making people feel safe and protected. He has been one of the best employees anyone could ever ask for. Dave gets up everyday and gives 100% of his time and energy while he is in the truck going from house to house servicing his customers needs. He loves being around customers and does whatever it takes to give the customer their peace of mind. While Dave was traveling out of town last week to help another territory, he texted me and said "and now i got a cold. Grrrrrr" if only he knew that it was way more than that.
Dave, the fighter he is worked through the cold symptoms and returned back to his home on Feb 21
Since the text message, Dave has had one heck of a fight for his life.
Dave has been on life support starting Monday Feb 24 due to the Flu and double lung pneumonia. This has now turned into many other complications. He has been placed on an Ecmo machine. This machine takes the blood from his body to oxygenate it and then returns it to his body. This machine is needed because his lungs are not functioning from the pneumonia. He has started to loose kidney functions and also forming blood clots. This only gets worse. Last night Feb 26 his heart had stopped 2 times. The fantastic medical staff and constant eyes on him were able to get his heart going again and he made it through the night without any more issues. This man is a fighter.
Dave will for sure be out of work for a long time and will use this money to pay bill and take care of his family till he can get back to work.
Dave has health care through his employer but as we all know it will only cover 80% leaving him and his family with the outrageous remaining 20% out of pocket. I ask you to please help get him through this so he can get back to doing what he loves the most.
To all of you reading this, I am asking you all to keep in mind that no donation is to small. If you can only give $1.00 it will help him fight bills that are rapidly rising with no end in site yet. No amount of money should distract anyone from concentrating on getting back on there feet. Lets work together and return back to Dave his "Peace of Mind" Thank you in advance for your help with Dave
