Dave McClanahan

Hi, my name is Tina Simmons. My goal is to raise money for Dave McClanahan’s medical and living expenses while he is unable to work.

Dave has a pacemaker and it got a staph infection when they did surgery to change the battery several months ago. He is now septic and the infection is in his heart. It caused his tricuspid valve to not function properly so he is having to have open heart surgery and receive a porcine (pig) valve. They are also going to have to temporarily remove his pacemaker and remove a small section in his heart where the old lead wire was still attached.

He is going to be out of work for a good while. He will have medical expenses on top of living expenses with no income.

He is one of the kindest souls.
