Dave McConkey

Dave has changed many lives. Dave organized countless trips, races, and took leadership roles in the Peterborough Front Runners, Peterborough Road Runners, and the Achilles Association. Many of us would not be the people we are today without the influence Dave had on us. Dave was also a champion not just in life but in athletics. A winner of virtually every race distance up to 100 mile races.

Dave is a role model not just to us but to future generations. So I have priced out a deluxe bench that will have Dave's name engraved it in. My goal is to have the bench placed along the rotary trail from Trent to Lakefield.

All funds will go towards this bench and if there are any additional funds we will donate them to another charity.
