Dave, my husband for 48 years, Vietnam War Veteran

My name is Linda Polachowski, Dave was my 1st love at age of 17, he swept me off my feet! Married for 48 years we took care of each other so when in 1993, I was diagnosed with MS, he swore to take care of me and I would never be in a nursing home as long as he was alive. He kept his word all these years, he retired in 2009 to care for me himself. I am now totally disabled, bedridden and need caregivers, 24/7. I need help to take care of him one last time for funeral expenses, PLEASE!
