Dear Friends,

We are reaching out to you in a time of profound sorrow and need. Our dear friend, Lindsay Cowgill Amundson, and her young son Benny are facing an unimaginable loss. On March 1st, 2024, Lindsay's beloved husband and Benny's father, Dave, passed away after a courageous battle with an aggressive form of leukemia.

Dave spent his last morning on earth surrounded by the joyful sounds of Benny playing and laughing, holding hands with Lindsay, the love of his life. Lindsay has already endured more heartache and loss than one person should ever have to bear, having lost her teenage brother, mother, and father at a young age.

As the sole provider for the family, Dave was a dedicated small business owner. Now, Lindsay and Benny are left not only grieving the loss of a husband, father, and best friend, but are also facing the overwhelming burden of funeral expenses and household bills.

We are asking for your support to help alleviate some of the financial strain during this incredibly difficult time. The funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, household bills, and, hopefully, to provide Lindsay and Benny with the time they need to grieve and heal.
