David and Vaiva Wood.

My name is Clayton Wood and I am fundraising for my cousin David and his devoted and amazing wife Vaiva.

David is a Marine and a warrior who is physically one of the strongest people I know. It was shocking when David had a fairly routine surgery to fix an ongoing health issue that ended up causing him to have 4 more surgeries. His time in the hospital is still ongoing. God miraculously brought him back after 20 minutes of no pulse, but he faces a long road ahead. He is the primary provider for his family, and there is uncertainty regarding the costs for beneficial care, income as he recovers etc. David is a deeply generous man who has been such a blessing to so many people, and I want him to know as he recovers that his family is cared for. He still needs your ongoing prayers, but as people have asked so many times how they can help, this seemed like a wonderful opportunity to bless them and remove the financial strain of this incredibly difficult time.

We believe God will use this challenge for His glory and David will be able to share the goodness of the Lord in another chapter of his testimony.
