David Andrews Cancer expenses

Remember how David has always been ready with a dry joke or to support a good cause?  He really is as good a guy as there is. Over the course of his current 2+ year battle against brain cancer, expenses have really added up.  So far he and Millie have not been able to obtain all of the equipment and medication recommended by his medical team. Now he is facing the end of his insurance coverage and will lose access to life-extending treatments.  Whatever you can give to help will go to a good cause.
