David Bellavance

My name is April and I have started this GoFundMe in memory of my brother in-law, Dave Bellavance who passed away November 19, 2023 due to complications sustained during a recent surgical procedure. Dave leaves behind his wife of 12 years, Annemarie as well as their four children, Izaac (21), Oliver (9), Alice (5) and Piper (5) who were his everything.

Anyone who had the privilege of knowing David knows just how lucky they were; he was the kindest, most wonderful man who never took life or himself too seriously! Despite a family history of Muscular Dystrophy and having had to say goodbye to several loved ones due to this disease David was always the first one to quietly crack a well timed, preferably inappropriate joke to lighten any somber mood - (something we have certainly missed during these last few days) David lived and loved with a quiet gusto and never missed an opportunity to let those he loved know just how much they meant to him.

We have been blown away by the amount of love and support that continues to come our way from so many of you asking how you can help, so I thought that this would be a lovely way to honor Dave's memory by collecting donations that could help my sister and the kids with any future, unforseen expenses as they begin to navigate their new normal.
