Hi I’m Lorrie Burleson Colonna some of y’all might know me from Myers Market and Cafe or my dad from Zorba’s Pizza years back. When I started this fundraiser it was for my dad with lung cancer amongst other illness. He passed away peacefully on July 4th. It has been very hard emotionally on my family especially my mother whom has dementia. We have to daily answer her question of where our dad is which is so heartbreaking. Since it’s now just her social security to survive on and all his affairs it’s became a financial disaster. I’m asking for donations to help pay bills and groceries amongst other financial things coming up. Any donations and prayers will be greatly appreciated as we try to keep my mother in her house. With dementia it’s very important to keep them on the same routine and place to not cause Sundowners which she has been in since dads passing and her whole world has changed. It’s so heartbreaking on me to get a call at 3am from my mother asking where my dad is cause she can’t find him.
