David Camargo is a 16 year old cyclist from Boyaca, Colombia. David comes from a humble and very low income family, his father works at an autobody shop, they can't afford uniforms, bikes, or travel. Despite the adversity, and through help from various non-profit organizations, David has managed to grow into a top talent from Colombia. He consistanly podiums in all of his race and his VO2 max numbers are world tour level.
Recently, he has been selected to spend 3 months with a professional junior development team in Santander, Spain. The team has agreed to take him on for that period and provide housing, uniforms, and food. However, he lacks the funds to get him there. We're trying to raise $1500 for his travel, and $1500 for three months of personal expenses.
Please help support David pursue his cycling dream. He might be the next Nairo Quintana, Rigoberto Uran, or Esteban Chaves.
