David Cassidy Seat Plaque - 5th Avenue Theater

The purpose of this fundraiser is to raise $500.00 to purchase a seat plaque in David Cassidy's memory for his performance at the 5th Avenue Theater in Seattle, WA in Little Johnny Jones from July 7 - Aug 8 1981.  David spent a lot of time performing in Seattle, from his first ever concert to one of his last in 2013.  I have been looking for a way to honor his memory.  Thank you to the 5th Avenue Theater for providing this memorial.
