David Colaw Medical Expenses
Donation protected
Hi Friends.
David Colaw is now 14 years old and has been in the ICU at Valley Children's Hospital in Madera, California since February 20, 2017. He remains in ICU fighting for his life, as his body is in severe sepsis and pneumonia.
David remains a fighter and has proven daily that he will continue to fight. He is currently on a ventilator and many other machines are hooked to him and doing their jobs of keeping him stable.
There are multiple pockets of infections within his body, and the prayer is that the surgery that he had March 1, 2017 with assistance of the antibiotics will remove the infection completely.
Even once the infection/sepsis is under better control, there will still be a long road to recovery for the complete restoration of his body.
Brent and Becky, David's parents, are currently staying with him nearly around the clock. The hospital is not in their hometown, and so dual living expenses, travel expenses, and lack of workable hours, will cause an extra financial need, and that is before the medical bills involved with all of David's treatments, specialists, hospitals, tests, medicine, etc. come into play. We have th opportunity to help be the hands and feet of Christ to this family in need.
Thank you so much for loving the Colaw's tangibly by your prayers, financial support, and any other resources that you may have that would make this heavy load a little lighter for this amazing family.
