David "DJ Cowboy" Collins Memorial Fundraiser

I am Tia "Pepsi" Patterson. I am raising money to assist in the memorial and final expenses of my big brother.

David "Cowboy" was a beloved DJ in Chicago since he was a teenager. The Clique, The Warehouse, and The Prop House were just a few of the clubs he graced with his House Music. In 1997, he moved to Atlanta. He worked for V103 for 18 years doing the radio mixes. He was also the official DJ of the Atlanta Hawks & Falcons where he kept the crowd hyped. He frequented Atlanta's best comedy clubs and many different venues around the city. One of his last programs was a weekly internet session called "The Quiet Storm".

David had a stroke in April of 2020 with some paralysis. He never fully recovered. He went into the hospital on Friday night and made his transition early Saturday morning, July 30th .
