David Hoefer Fund

Hi, as most of you know our brother David Hoefer suffered several strokes starting on March 9th. During his 34 day stay at Avera, Sioux Falls, SD hospital he was in intensive care and had a surgery to clear out his artery and put a stent in. He still suffers from muscle weakness and vision loss/double vision. Doctors are uncertain at this time if his vision will return to normal. Karen is not able to work due to David needing 24/7 assistance and rides to his therapy appointments in Watertown, SD. They are not certain how long therapy will need to continue. If his vision doesn't improve, he will not be able to go back to work. As most of you know David has a great passion for his job and this will be hard for him to accept. We have faith that with his hard work and dedication to get better things will turn around fo him. We are here to help raise funds for him to cover his current/future medical expenses and gas expense for continued therapy.
