Hello,

Our big brother, Dave left us unexpectedly and too soon. He was only 52 years of age. He was not considered rich unless your are counting his loyal and loving relationships. He was a good man and he loved God, he loved his family, and he was considered a best friend by many. He deserves an amazing service but we learned he did not have life insurance or assets. As the oldest son, we know he was probably too proud to tell us he needed more help in many ways.

As additional information, David lost the greatest love of his life, Evangelina Licerio, 4 years ago to Cancer and in that same time frame his own health was deteriorating. There was a period of time where they seemed to be taking turns going for long stays in the hospital. David was then retired due to disabilty and began living a much different life alone.

We are hoping to give him a modest but respectible send off. This unexpected cost puts a strain on our family that will be felt for a few years into the future. It is a great worry that is difficult to talk about and go through while grieving yet another family member who has left us too soon. If you'd like to assist, any contribution will be helpful and tremendously appreciated.

In the unexpected event funds are collected beyond the cost of the expenses for the family, they will be donated to help fight cancer with the help of Saint Jude (https://www.stjude.org/), I know that he would have wanted that.
