David Jones Living expenses during recovery

My name is Emily Vogeney and I am starting this GoFundMe in hopes and prayers that we can raise enough money to help my son David Jones with continued medical expenses and living expenses as well as travel cost for me to travel to Oklahoma to move in with him after he gets out of the hospital to help care for him.

I am 90 years old and live on a fixed income so I have no expendable income after 25 years after retirement.

on April 29 my son David was at work like every other day when he stopped for lunch. He somehow choked on a piece of meat and drove himself to the hospital. I never heard back from him so I started calling hospitals. When I finally located him they told be he was in ICU in critical condition. 

David has already had 2 major surgeries and will have to have another surgery in 4-6 months to reattach his esophagus to his stomach.

Today he is eating through a feeding tubeand is very lucky to be alive. He has been driving a truck for the past 15 years and has no permanent residence so he will have to find a place to live in Oklahoma near his doctors for at least the next year and will not be able to work.
