Hello, my name is Joshua Noe, David's son. He went home to Holy God on January 3rd of this year 2024. I am taking over funeral arrangements for him, as my mother, his wife Donna is having a hard time grieving and we didn't have an insurance policy to help cover the funeral. As a Veteran, he will be buried at the Killeen Veterans Cemetary In Killeen, TX with Honors. Anything that can help me in the arrangements and funeral would be a God Send. Thank you!
