Family and friends,

On behalf of David’s daughters, I have started a crematorium and memorial fundraiser to help cover the cost of Davids funeral/cremation expenses.

This extremely sad news has come totally unexpected and a complete shock for David’s two daughters.

On Thursday David’s daughters received a phone call that their father had lost his battle with an illness he struggled with for most of his life.

The immense stress this has placed on David’s daughters, along with the extremely high cost of funeral and cremation of their beloved father, I am asking for all my family and friends to please share this post and spare a thought for David’s daughters and family at this sad time.
