David Kesler Cancer Fighter!
Donation protected
Our hearts sank on December 1, 2022 when we found out that David’s brain cancer is back. He was diagnosed with an Ogliodendro Glioma in 2018. Surgery is not an option this time, and the oncologist at Mayo Clinic has prescribed vigorous treatments of radiation and a year of chemotherapy. David is an art teacher in Rochester, Minnesota; his beautiful wife, Ann, is an administrative assistant at Mayo Clinic and they have an 8-month-old son who is the absolute light of their lives. This little guy's sweet nature reflects the love and attention he gets from his doting parents. David has a long road of treatments ahead of him and we are very hopeful of a great outcome, the doctors are hopeful, too. In the meantime, there are bills to be paid, and extra expenses from the cancer treatment. If you know David, you know how kind and selfless he is, and he found a woman who is his match in that. The staff in the Rochester School District has been very generous in the form of meals and more, and the notes and cards he is getting from his students warm our hearts.
So, this new battle has begun, David started radiation 5 days a week, in early January. They are down to one income, perhaps for a long time, depending on how his system tolerates the radiation and chemotherapy, which starts in March. Our goal is to remove the stress of financial hurdles for this beautiful family, so they can focus on David’s robust treatment and their beautiful baby boy. If you know David and Ann, you know they are the kindest, most giving, caring souls you will ever meet. If you are unable to afford a monetary donation, please send your positive thoughts and prayers. -Thank you, Bobbi Fuller and Linn Kesler
