David McCullough

Hi. My name is Tonya Melton. My boyfriend, David McCullough, just found out he has stage 4 cancer. It started as a soft tissue sarcoma which has metastasized to his lungs. We have been traveling back and forth the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, and will continue to do so during his treatment. Gas and hotels have been on him, as well as the PET scan that his insurance refused to pay for. Now that he is starting aggressive chemotherapy, he will be on short term disability and I will also be on a reduced work schedule. We are optimistic that the treatment will go well. With the price of gas and hotels, and less money coming in, I decided to try this platform to help him with out of pocket expenses and help with the loss of income he will incur. Dave has always been there for me and I hope I can help him at this time of need. Dave has 4 children Ashleigh 26, Shae 24, MacKenzie 15 and Zander 14. He also has his first grandchild, Hazyl, who is 9 months old. They are the loves of his life. He plans to spend many more years loving them. He also has his mom and three sisters who live in Illinois and Minnesota who he hopes to spend many more years with. We know times are tough for everyone right now, so we understand if you don't have money to spare. He will happily take any prayers and well wishes you can give.
