David Miranda (NightShadow) Memorial Fund

It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of David Miranda aka NightShadow.  A Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Great-Uncle, Mentor, Father Figure, Actor, and Spiritual man.  He graduated from Sierra Vista High School and from there he went on to Rio Hondo Community College, where he led the Guardian Angels (a group of volunteers who help out community police officers to patrol their neighborhoods).  He was a Supervisor for LA County Parks and Recreation where he had such a great impact on many lives. 

From 1990 to present day, he hosted Horror Kung Fu Theatre and became one of the longest running horror cable TV show hosts and was recently inducted in the Horror Hosts Hall of Fame.

David had been battling medical issues for the past few years of his life.  On Thursday night, September 10th, David suffered a medical emergency and passed away.

David will be missed by All who really knew him.  He was a man who cared deeply about those closest to him.
