David our Huntington's Disease Warrior

Hello, our names our Jamiell and Anna. We are the children of David DeLaCruz. Our family is raising money for our dads medical and end of life expensives. He is a Huntington's Disease warrior. HD is a a rare progressive brain disorder. It effects any part of the body and progressives through 5 stages. Huntington's Disease is also Alzheimers, Parkinsons and ALS. His symptoms began approximately in 2010. Due to his severe symptoms of the HD, it began to effect his health and daily living causing him unable to work. Sadly my dad is currently battling his final stage of huntington's disease and is currently on hospice, being cared for by family peacefully at home. David is 61 years old. Beloved father, grandfather and husband to his wife of 44 years. He has always been a strong proud worker for his family and as his children he now needs our help. Our family would be eternally greatful for any financial help for our dad.
