David P J Battiato

I'm writing this in Honor of my Brother David P J Battiato.

David could light up a room with laughter. He could tell you a story and act it out at the same time.

He loved to have fun and if you were with him, he wanted you to have fun too. He was a good person with a good heart and everybody knew that!!

Sadly, we all lost an incredible human being on 10/8/2023 in a tragic accident.

David leaves behind his two children Angela & Dominic Battiato.

We are asking for your help to alleviate the financial burden on his family during this devastating time we are all going through. We hope to be able to pay for funeral services in Florida for his children and all his friends in the biker community whom he loved so dearly.

We also hope to have services up in New England where his father, sisters, aunt, uncle and cousins still live.

Any leftover funds beyond funeral expenses will go directly to David's children.

I truly want to thank everyone for being there for my brother when he was so far away from us! From spending holidays and birthdays with him and always making him feel like he was part of your family -- you will never know how much that meant to us and my brother!!

Everyone has a story or a memory of my brother and I want everyone to feel free to share them to keep his memory alive.

God took David way too soon. But I know he's with our mother now and that gives us all comfort.

David lived to ride and he died doing what he loved on his own terms. Few of us will be able to say the same.

David grew up with such an abundance of love and closeness from his family and friends. Thank you all so much for supporting his children as they cope with this tragedy.❤️
