19-year-old daughter looking to give the best funeral to the best dad:
As her cousins and family, we are trying to help raise money so that Dave’s biological daughter can contribute to and help provide the funeral for her father that he deserves. His daughter would like to remain nameless at this time as everything is very overwhelming. A few things that she wants everyone to know about her dad and their memories together are:
I loved my dad so much. The most recent memory I have of my dad is that he took me out for Valentine’s day to make sure I knew I was loved. Growing up, he would cheer on the sidelines of my soccer games, come to my orchestra concerts and be the best buddy to go to the Renaissance Festival with every year. Last year we traveled together to the Netherlands and it is a memory I will carry forever. He loved the Beatles and used to sing the songs to me when I was little. He loved older rock songs and passed that love onto me. We’d do other things like go to the Denver Zoo and watch the elephants. We knew all the elephants by name. We would go to Zoo Lights during the Holidays. These memories will never be forgotten, and he was taken from me way too soon. I cannot believe that he is gone. I want to give him a funeral service that he deserves, and anything will help.
