As Texas continues its efforts to normalize after the devastating effects of Hurricane Harvey, we are happy and relieved to report all Fleco employees are accounted for and remain safe.
Unfortunately, however, an employee from our Houston Lights Fantastic PRO showroom suffered severe damage to his home after being mandatorily evacuated from the neighborhood.
David Skog has been a valued member of our Lights Fantastic PRO family since May 2015. He and his wife welcomed their first child last year, with their second child currently on the way. Although their Houston home remains unlivable, David is striving to remain optimistic as he and his family continue to face daily challenges beyond anything they could have foreseen.
Many employees have inquired as to the available options regarding donations and the transfer of needed goods, items, and supplies. We would like to open this voluntary opportunity to all Fleco employees including Texas Fluorescents, Lights Fantastic, Lights Fantastic PRO, Mobern Lighting, Preferred Lighting Group, and LITE Technologies.
Our hearts go out to David, his family, and all those impacted by Hurricane Harvey. While we expect the recovery period for all effected to be a slow process, we remain strong and united in our belief Texas can and will recover.
