David Succi Cancer Battle

Hi, my name is Bonnie Succi and I am fundraising for my husband.

David served in the Navy for 8 years and then served in the Portsmouth Police Department 32 years and was the LT. Commander of the Auxiliaries upon the exit of his career.

Since the beginning of Covid David was forced out of work because of many medical issues. He battled through heart problems, multiple strokes, and most recently has been diagnosed with liver cancer.

My husband has a tremendous faith in God and despite his battle medically, always seems to say “to blessed to be stressed.” He continues to be a light to others during his medical battles.

The reality of the loss of income in the past few years from being deemed disabled and the increase in expenses such as medical expenses has been overwhelming. We struggle to pay for our home and everyday expenses. Travel and lodging expenses for cancer treatment will add to the financial burden.
